Lk 11: 15-26

Those who witness Jesus cast out the demon do not see the meaning of the event, nor are they open to understanding. Some interpret what Jesus has done in the very worst way. Others ask that he do more in order to convince them of the origin of his power. Jesus tells them that his power comes from the “finger of God.”

I pray for our country, a land divided against itself. Draw us to unity with one another in you and union with you.
