Mt 12:46-50

Jesus challenges the people by defining family not by blood but by doing God’s will. This is a radical concept in a society that places high value on blood relationship. Jesus goes beyond the traditional understanding to the spiritual bond of his human family.

I know God’s view of the world does not have barriers or borders. I pray for that same view as I consider my human family.
