Matthew 15:21-28

This woman certainly is persistent. She begins by addressing him in a way that is not only reverent but insightful. She is rebuffed. She tries again but to no avail. It is not only her persistence but her faith that ultimately moves Jesus to heal her daughter.

This story is a good reminder to ask for the faith to know that you hear my prayer and to know that not if, but when you answer, it will be what I need.
