About
Started in the 1970’s, it was a mission of Fr. Francis X. Schweitzer, former pastor at Holy Family, to feed the area’s hungry and homeless. Today the Soup Kitchen & Pantry, under the direction of Frances Carr, now serves over 700 hot meals daily, Monday through Friday. An average of 250 families receive assistance from the Food Pantry each week.
